Where permitted by applicable law, PLATINUM may also use contact information to send news, announcements, information about services and promotional communications concerning Platinum Road, Roadie Cafe and other brands owned or operated by Platinum Road.

Recipients may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications. Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent PLATINUM from sending responses, service-related messages or other non-marketing communications.

3

How We Share Information

PLATINUM may share information with website hosting providers, email and communications providers, analytics providers, security providers, professional advisers and other service providers that assist with operating the Site or conducting legitimate business activities.

PLATINUM may also disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order or governmental request; when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety or security of PLATINUM, its clients, Site users or others; to investigate fraud, misuse or security incidents; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar business transaction; or with your direction or consent.

PLATINUM does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Service providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for PLATINUM or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Websites, Services and Transactions

The Site may contain links, buttons, widgets, embedded features or other connections that direct users to or interact with third-party websites, ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces, payment processors, social media platforms or other external services. When you interact with a third-party feature or leave the Site, information may be collected directly by that third party and will be governed by its own terms, privacy policies and data practices.

PLATINUM does not own or control these third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, security, information collection, use, disclosure, retention or other privacy practices. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PLATINUM disclaims responsibility and liability for the acts, omissions, policies and practices of third-party websites and services. You should review the applicable third party’s privacy policy and terms before providing information or completing a transaction.

Transactions completed through a third-party platform or service are processed according to that third party’s terms and privacy practices. PLATINUM may receive limited customer, order, transaction, payment-status or communication information as reasonably necessary to process or support transactions, provide customer service, maintain business records or comply with applicable legal requirements.

5

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site and its website, analytics, advertising, security and technology service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, log files and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site, remember preferences, understand Site usage, measure performance, identify technical issues and support communications, marketing or advertising activities.

These technologies may collect information such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links selected, dates and times of access, approximate location and interactions with the Site or third-party content. Certain third parties may collect information about online activities over time and across different websites or services in accordance with their own privacy policies.

You may be able to manage or disable cookies through your browser settings or any cookie-management tools made available through the Site. Disabling certain cookies or technologies may affect the availability or operation of some Site features. PLATINUM does not control the cookies or tracking technologies used independently by third parties.

6

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

PLATINUM may use third-party technology providers that offer artificial intelligence, machine-learning or other automated features to support research, drafting, editing, organization, communications, analytics, security, customer service, administrative functions and other legitimate business operations. Information submitted through the Site or related electronic communications may be processed using these tools when reasonably necessary for those purposes.

PLATINUM does not sell personal information to artificial intelligence developers for monetary consideration and does not intentionally provide personal information for the purpose of training publicly available artificial intelligence models. Third-party providers may process information in accordance with their applicable terms, privacy policies and contractual obligations.

Because electronic and automated systems cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free, users should not submit confidential, legally privileged, security-sensitive or sensitive personal information through the Site unless requested by PLATINUM or an appropriate method of communication has been arranged.

7

Data Retention

PLATINUM may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the information and the circumstances in which it was collected. PLATINUM may also retain limited records necessary to document and honor privacy or unsubscribe requests.

8

Data Security

PLATINUM takes reasonable steps designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, no website, electronic communication, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. PLATINUM therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security, confidentiality or integrity of information submitted through or maintained in connection with the Site.

Information transmitted electronically is provided at the user’s own risk. PLATINUM is not responsible for the circumvention of privacy settings, security measures or safeguards controlled by third-party websites, service providers, platforms or users.

9

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and PLATINUM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If PLATINUM becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under thirteen, PLATINUM may take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address the information as required by applicable law.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information through the Site may contact PLATINUM using the information provided in the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy.

10

Privacy Requests

PLATINUM will process verifiable requests concerning personal information to the extent required by applicable law. Requests must be submitted using the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy.

PLATINUM may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person submitting a request and may limit or deny a request as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates or grants rights beyond those provided by applicable law.

Marketing email preferences may be managed through the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.

11

Browser Privacy Signals

Some web browsers offer “Do Not Track” or other preference signals intended to communicate a user’s privacy choices. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to all such signals, the Site may not respond to every browser-based privacy signal.

Where PLATINUM is required by applicable law to recognize or process a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, PLATINUM will do so as required by that law. Users may also manage cookies and similar technologies through available browser settings or Site cookie-management tools.

12

Changes to This Privacy Policy

PLATINUM reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version will be posted on the Site with the applicable “Last updated” date.

Where required by applicable law, PLATINUM may provide additional notice of material changes. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about PLATINUM’s privacy practices.
